Tablets rather than liquid. Two bottles of twelve.
Twelve tablets swallowed one at a time with sips of water, then the full container of water alongside, finishing inside about twenty minutes. An hour later, another container of water. The second dose repeats it the next morning.
Swallowing twelve tablets in twenty minutes is its own kind of unpleasant, and the water afterward is the part people skip and should not.

These are the usual shape, not your dose. Units vary the regimen, the split and the timings, and the sheet your office gave you is the one that counts. Change anything here that differs from yours.
