What this is

The same idea as apple juice, made from white grapes so there is no red or purple in it.

Buying it

White grape only. Red and purple grape juice are both out, and so is anything labeled simply grape.

Ingredients

Per person. The planner scales these for however many you are cooking for.

• 2 cups white grape juice

Method

1. Chill thoroughly before drinking.
2. Alternate with broth or tea to keep the sweetness from becoming tiresome.
